The Libyan NOC Houston Branch has been established in Houston to provide the National Oil Corporation (NOC) in Libya and its subsidiary companies Procurement and allied services which ultimately offer our principals end-to-end supply chain management.

From the outset Libyan NOC Houston Branch will provide NOC and their subsidiaries global procurement services in a competitive, safe, ethical and transparent manner and this will be achieved through identification and development of solid relationships with key Suppliers and Service Providers.
