General Manager Mohamed Denbarno, and Supply Chain Manager Krystal Edwards of the Libyan NOC Houston Branch office attended a facility tour of Derrick Equipment Corporation in Buffalo NY USA on August 29, 2019. The tour was arranged by Derrick Equipment’s distributor, CECA Supply & Services. Derrick Equipment is a manufacturer of centrifugal pumps, degassers, shakers, and screens that are needed in oil and gas operations.
The tour was an opportunity for the companies to discuss the purchasing strategy of the Libyan NOC Houston Branch in support of the NOC subsidiaries in Libya. Derrick Equipment introduced their capabilities and demonstrated their quality program and procedures as well as expressed their ability to provide equipment needed to support operations in Libya.
